About:

Killarney International Raceway’s purpose-built karting track is 1020 meters long. It challenges drivers with its twists and turns and offers a stunning view of Table Mountain. The track hosts the Western Cape Karting Championships over eight rounds throughout the year, as well as a round of the South African championships. The track has also hosted many other thrilling karting events over the years, such as the Rok Cup and Rotax South African Kart Championship races.

The Killarney Motor Racing Complex, whose main race track is also known as Killarney International Raceway, is a motor racing complex in Milnerton Rural, Cape Town, South Africa. It opened in 1947. In 1959/60, the track was upgraded and rebuilt to conform to the required FIA standard for the 1500 cc Formula One cars of the time. Racing has continued at Killarney since then, and Killarney International Raceway, in its current configuration, is one of only two circuits in South Africa that remain unchanged since the 1960s.
