AAO Comments:
It’s always a treat working on some old school karting tracks, and Kerpen is no exception. We had the pleasure of working with another great South African modder for this project, and their expertise really contributed to bringing this legendary circuit to life.
Kerpen presented some unique challenges during development. The track features some really distinctive kerbs that were quite tricky to dial in precisely, and we wanted to capture their authentic appearance and behavior. Additionally, the circuit has bollards positioned to discourage track limit violations, which proved to be another technical challenge to replicate accurately in Kart Racing Pro without compromising performance.
What makes this track one of our favorites, however, is that it’s a visual treat. The classic design and character of this old school circuit really shines through in our recreation, and we’re confident it will provide both an authentic racing experience and a pleasure to race on visually.
